As young holiday goers, we really loved the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the Christmas markets and a supermarket across the road. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options, including both continental and cooked dishes. The staff even made us a complimentary lunchbox when we had to leave before breakfast started. we had a great experience at this hotel.

We felt completely secure during our stay and have no complaints at all.
